Isaac Truzman,
CEO and Group Founder.
Isaac Truzman, originally from Spain is a taxation and financial consultant whose career spans over 30 years of experience in the fields of investment, banking, tax, financial consultancy, and academics. Isaac also practices as a lawyer in Spain and Switzerland.
He holds an MBA in Finance and a BA in Business Administration from ESADE – University Ramon Llull (Spain). Isaac also completed an international program in Management at New York University (USA) and HEC Paris (France), and followed on with doctoral courses in economics at St. Gallen (Switzerland). He holds also a Degree in Law from the Universidad Europea de Madrid (Spain).
Isaac is a member of the Ilustre Colegio de Abogados (Bar Association) of Barcelona, Spain and of the Public Registry of the EU-AELS Lawyers admitted in Canton Ticino, Switzerland, and is licensed as a commercial fiduciary by the Canton of Ticino, and is a member of STEP (the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners).
Isaac began his career in his family’s jewellery business and in 1988 moved to Switzerland to work for the Republic National Bank of New York (Suisse) in Lugano Switzerland, where he was responsible for securities trading and a member of the investment and wealth management committee.
Isaac has served international business and tax consultancy firms, having been Vice President for ISC Fiduciaria SA in Lugano (Switzerland), and an Associate of Guardian SA Societa Fiduciara in Lugano.
In 2005, Truzman founded his own consultancy firm, Entheus SA, in Lugano, offering fiduciary and trust services, international business consultancy services, and company formation and administration services.
Entheus, together with its affiliates, is respected for its high professional standards and its international and interdisciplinary perspective.
Since the year 2000, Isaac has also served as a financial controller and corporate advisor to a group that owns several resorts in the Caribbean. He is also a managing director of a Luxembourg holding that actively invests in real estate in the US and Europe.
For some 20 years, until 2011, Isaac was also a professor in the International Management Department in Franklin University (Switzerland) where he gave courses and seminars in investment analysis, international finance, tax planning, and portfolio management. Isaac has also been a member of the Board of Directors of two private equity funds in Luxembourg.
Isaac’s native language is Spanish, and he is fluent in English, Italian, and French. He also has basic knowledge in German and Hebrew.

Sonja is originally from Germany and from 1983 to 1992 she worked in Paris and Luxembourg in administration and banking.
After taking a break to start a family she resumed her professional activity in 2000 in Lugano, working for two business consultants.
She has been with Entheus since 2010 working as a senior corporate manager.
Sonia’s native languages are German and Luxembourgish, and she is fluent in Italian, French, and English. She also has basic knowledge in Spanish.
Rafa is originally from Spain. He has completed studies on Finance and Accounting at Universidad de Málaga, Spain.
Currently studying Law at UOC. Rafa started his carrer as a Tax and accounting advisor, at CM Asesores.
Worked for Import and Exportation of goods companys, and Spanish services companies. Promoted to deliver Intracommunity operations information declarations and to implement an automatization system for accounting.
At 2018, signed for Pricewaterhousecooper (Pwc) office in Málaga, to assist audits and tax department. Worked for clients as Santander, Everis, Inditex, Plus Ultra.
At 2019 joined at our firm, for the opening of the Málaga office andBecame International tax consultant working with Isaac
Patrizia, a Swiss native, has over 20 years of experience in the area of administration and accounting with international companies.
She holds a Swiss diploma in company administration and a cantonal license as an accountant.
She is also involved in charity projects in India as an active member of a Swiss foundation.
Patrizia’s native language is Italian and she is fluent in German, French, English, and Spanish

Mauro, an Italian native, lives between Prague and Bratislava.He has 20 years of experience in commercial, corporate, travel business and hotel development.
From 1985 to 1988 he lead Joint-Venture ANTAR S.p.A. in Milan with the participation of Pirelli & C. e Touring Club Italy. From 1989 to 1991 he worked as a computer consultant for development and control at Siemens-Nixdorf Group.
In 1991, Mauro moved to Prague, where he set up a structure for business and real estate consultancy to follow Eastern countries.
He is a member of the H.T.M.S - International Group, which is active in Central and Eastern Europe, and Asia.
Mauro’s native language is Italian and he is fluent in Czech, English, and Spanish.

Alberto, an Spanish native, lives in Bilbao(Spain). He has 15 years of experience in financial, corporate, funds raising and commodities trading mainly in oil sector.
From 2006 to 2015 he has worked as wealth management advisor in Sabadell Bank and AXA. Alberto has been working in Sino&Co(2013-2018), USA based trading oil company for seven years, working directly with oil suppliers and major clients.
He has been member of the board of some companies in different countries like Maroc or Switzerland, like L,action sociale (Maroc) and Unis Corporation (Switzerland) 2016-2019
Alberto is also Master Partner in Hab& JPR PRIVEE GROUP OF COMPANIES(Werner,Salomon&Rothschild) making different financial structure for rasing funds. 2019
He works as External advisor in Safebrokeurope,based in Spain.2022-…..Alberto works also as external advisor, directly to the Chairman in Capital Reserve Investment Bank,located in Netherlands. 2022
He is a member of the different O.N.G and Foundations, as advisor and consultant like UNAICHU(Colombia), PARAOCIO and ESTAR BIEN(Spain)
